Jidong cares for disabled groups since 1992. The introducing of the advanced equipment reduced the relying on heavy labor force which make it possible to offer jobs to disadvantaged groups. More than 3000 job opportunities in Jidong are offered to the disabled groups in its 30 years operation. Today there are more than 120 disabled staff working in Jidong.
During the Covid-19 pandemic spreading period between 2020-2022, Jidong donated a large quantities of materials such as masks, foods & water to the communities and schools to help people fight against the epidemic together.
