Jidong introduced the ISO 9001 management system in the early 1990s. Combined with the actual condition of the company, Jidong has set up a complete management system for its operation. With the scientific management system, all responsibilities are cleared and the production operates in order.
Every process of production has strict quality control, from the raw materials to the completed cables all the processes have to pass the strict test to guarantee the products' quality. Once disqualification occurred, the disqualified cables will be dismissed. So with the quality control, Jidong can ensure the quality of its wires and cables.
H.S.E. Management
Occupational Health &Safety Management and Environmental Management are put first place in the production operation of Jidong. The principles of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are widely used in daily management to protect the life of employees and the environment. Jidong was certified by ISO14001 and ISO 45001 in the same year with ISO 9001.
Various methods are adopted in Jidong to protect the environment and save natural resources. The emission of air and wastewater discharge are well controlled since we have the help of intelligent equipment to monitor the VOCs and water pollution all the time.
All employees are required to learn rules on safety education to enhance awareness of safety on weekly basis. Saving energy, water, and materials are rooted in mind of every Jidong staff.
